About Me

I am an agile coach, trainer, and transformation consultant at CA Technologies.  In 2012, I had the good fortune to join the professional service organization of Rally Software (Rally was acquired by CA Technologies in July 2015).  At Rally, I’ve had the opportunity to learn from some of the best agile experts.  Also, I continue to learn their exceptional approach to coaching and training; a client-centric approach we affectionately call the “Rally Way.”

Over my tenure, I have seen the company shift from VC backing to going public to acquisition.    That is a growth path that has taught the company (and me) what it means to be a “professional” service organization.

As a transformation consultant, I work with product and IT organizations on guiding the organization from where they are to making “agile” part of their organizational DNA – the way they work.    It is challenging work that mixes an organizational change management awareness with knowledge about the principles and practices of agile development.  With each client, I learn more about organizational change and  I never expect that that learning will stop as each client comes with their unique context.

As an agile coach and trainer, I continue to enhance my agile knowledge.
